Arogya Sri Cards Distribution Acknowledge Confirmation Process

Highlights:- 


1) in Volunteer app Arogya Sri Distribution is Optional (due to Corona guidelines)

2) in DA Login   Arogya Sri Acknowledgement conformation is Mandatory to Reprint Missed Cards, not available Cards, upcoming Cards. 



Step 1:-  Open http://navasakam.ap.gov.in/



Step 2:-  Login DA Credentials

Step 3:- Choose "Arogya Sri" Menu.

Step 4:- Select "Arogya sri - Acknowledgement Confirmation".

Step 5:- Search through 

1. Ration Card Number No
2. Family Head Name
3. UHID, 
4. Mobile No
5. Volunteer Name 

Step 6:- Check Details & Enter their Phone number for Delivered Card Numbers only 

Step 7:- Select Status as Delivered and Confirm.

Step 8:- If Not Delivered  Choose Options (Reasons)
i. Death 
ii. Beneficiary not available 
iii. Family temporarily migrated 
iv. Family Not belongs to this secretariat. 
v. Invalid details found. 
vi. Health Card not printed 
vii. Others (Note down specific reason, if any).

Follow your MPDO / Municipal Commissioner Guidelines

So many Mandals ignored Volunteer (in App) Distribution. Distribute Manually through Signature only.

and DA Acknowledgement was Compulsory to track Cards Data and need to Send 2nd phase Printed Cards
